Marinated Lamb Chops Ingredients

  • 6 lamb loin chops, fat trimmed
  • 1/2 cup mirin
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 cm ginger finely grated
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp plain flour

Marinated Lamb Chops Directions

  1. Place lamb chops in a shallow dish or bowl suitable for marinating.
