Grilled Bratwurst and Special Mustard Sauce – Sizzling Summer Series
Summer is here, America's pastime is in full swing, and today is National Bratwurst Day. For August 16th, it's a match made in heaven with Grilled Bratwurst and Special Mustard Sauce and our Sizzling Summer Series. Perfectly grilled and simmered in beer with onions and peppers, these bratwursts, drizzled with a zesty mustard sauce, are the ultimate highlight of your summer game-day grilling.
We start with large bratwurst links and grill them until they are cooked to perfection with beautiful grill marks. But wait, there's more! For those looking for the ultimate grilling experience, our Summerset Gas Griddle is the way to go. Fry up your bratwurst with onions, peppers, mushrooms, squash, or any other veggies you love, and take your grilling game to a new level.
We take thinly sliced onions and green and red peppers, sautéed with butter until tender, add them to the simmering beer, and season with the bratwurst. It's a burst of rich and flavorful goodness in every bite. The special mustard sauce is made with cider vinegar and sugar, and it is the perfect balance of tangy and sweet, cutting through the hearty flavors of the brats for a taste that will leave you wanting more.
Assembled on a split hoagie roll, our Grilled Bratwurst and Special Mustard Sauce is a proper two-fisted sandwich that will satisfy even the biggest appetites. But be warned, things might get a little messy. These brats are so juicy and flavorful that they'll leave a lasting impression on your face, beard, and maybe even your shoe. But trust us, it's a small price to pay for the ultimate grilling experience.
