Corned Beef Burgers with Stout Mustard and Fried Egg Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1/4 cup
- Corned beef (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoon onion (minced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 large tomatoes (sliced)
For Mustard:
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon stout beer
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
Corned Beef Burgers with Stout Mustard and Fried Egg Directions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Combine ground beef with chopped corned beef, minced onion, and garlic. Form into four equal-sized patties.
