Spicy Grilled Burgers – Grillsanity!
…And then there were four… The final four teams are battling for a national championship, daring to dream that this could be their year. Stomp-downs, buzzer-beaters, and the unexpected are what makes this tournament so exciting. Grillsanity closes out the season with our own stomp-down: Spicy Grilled Burgers. With robust flavor, alarming heat, and an unexpected hint of sweetness – we dare and boldly exclaim, "Come. Watch. Feast!"
Beginning with ground chuck, combine with spicy pork sausage to deepen and ignite the flavor profile. Also, mix in garlic, red and yellow pepper, and onion to expand the savor and taste. The secret, "unexpected" ingredient is maple syrup to bring balance and that addictive, insatiable desire for another bite. While grilling, refrain from flipping the patties more than once to maintain juiciness and account for the melting time of the cheese in your cooking time. Fire up the grill, give in to the madness, and enjoy these Spicy Grilled Burgers as the last teams fight and claw their way to greatness!
