Mini Thai Burgers with Sriracha Lime Cream Sauce – Super Bowl Grilling Series

The teams are set, and the battle line is drawn; it’s time to finalize your game day menu with the Super Bowl Grilling Series. The biggest spectacle of the year calls for over the top grilled food with terrific flavor. For such an appetizer, here are Mini Thai Burgers with Sriracha Lime Cream Sauce. With peanut butter and soy sauce mixed into the beef and a refreshing citrusy cream sauce to top, these sliders are a perfect addition to the four-hour smorgasbord.

These sliders feature classic Thai flavor pairings with a little bit of heat by combining peanut butter, sriracha, soy, garlic, salt, and lean ground beef. The peanut butter adds nuttiness, fat, and sweetness that is only intensified by the salty soy sauce. The cream sauce is a cool and brilliant combination of yogurt, lime juice, honey, sriracha, cilantro, and salt. For added texture, fresh cucumber slices, cilantro leaves, and carrots are perfect veggies to add to each burger. Grilled up in just minutes, these sliders are the perfect appetizer, or they can be served up throughout the big game by preparing a triple batch of ground beef ahead of time.
