Grilled Crab Cakes Ingredients
- 2 six-ounce cans of crab meat, drained
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Grilled Crab Cakes Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Form crab mixture into 4-5 patties. Place in a shallow dish, cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour before grilling.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place patties on the well-oiled grill grates. Cook for 10 minutes, turning once.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
