With breathtaking charm and sleek lines, this backyard has been transformed into an enticing retreat. Centered around a large custom pool and spa, the entire space has been masterfully designed with stone pavers and tile.  The bright white walls and columns make the area feel even bigger and spacious than it already is, and the light gray stonework creates a beautiful contrast with the vibrant water and greenery. The monochromatic colors and textures of the walls, flooring, and features draw the eye to the pool from every angle. At one end, a large shelter covers a stone fireplace and flat-screen TV for relaxing movie nights by the fire.  The outdoor kitchen bookends the pool allowing the chef to be a part of the fun and keep a watchful eye on children swimming or playing in the yard.

The grill island is constructed of white brick, matching the walls and columns of the house, and continuing the high contrast feel of the space. The island is modest in size to match the scale of the area, but still affords plenty of function for spending the day in the sun with fantastic food.  The island holds a Summerset Grills stainless-steel built-in grill that delivers plenty of cooking power, a Big Green Egg for smoking, a refrigerator for drinks and cold storage, and a stainless-steel cabinet for additional storage and utility. A bar has been included on the backside of the island for extra seating and entertaining with a handy stone built-in footrest. Capped with dark gray granite that matches the accents around the backyard, the artists at LandPlus Landscape Design have executed a masterful design that encourages relaxation and leisure.
